Privacy Policy

This is a translation of the Korean original. If the versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

The Thai Pretty Caddies operator (the "Operator") handles users' personal information as follows.

1. Information we collect

• Social login (LINE, Google, Kakao): social account identifier, email address (if provided), name (initial nickname)
• Profile: nickname, profile photo (if uploaded), LINE ID and whether it is public (if entered)
• Caddie registration: golf course, caddie number, English name, photos, and experience, languages and introduction (if entered)
• Booking requests: name, contact details and requests of the person booking
• Content of messages, comments and support inquiries, and uploaded photos
• Usage records: pages visited and times, how you arrived, browser information, IP address (stored only with the last part removed), a visitor cookie

2. Purposes of use

• Identifying members and providing the Service (finding caddies, messages, booking requests, learning game)
• Passing booking details to the golf course for confirmation; notifications about bookings, messages and support replies (LINE)
• Message translation, support replies and AI conversations in the learning game
• Preventing improper use such as spam, abuse and impersonation, and improving the Service (usage statistics)

3. Retention and deletion

• When a member leaves, information that can identify them (email, nickname, etc.) is anonymised immediately.
• Records needed to prevent improper use, and records the law requires us to keep, are stored for the required period and then deleted.

4. Sharing and processing by third parties

The Operator does not sell personal information or provide it for advertising. The following external services process information to run the Service.

• Golf courses: booking details are passed to the course you request a booking with
• LINE (LY Corporation): login, and notifications about bookings, messages and support replies
• Anthropic (Claude): message translation, first-line support replies, AI conversations in the learning game — only when processing that text
• typesafe.ai: automatic spam and abuse checks on comments and messages
• Cloudinary: storage of profile, caddie and post photos
• Cloudflare: website delivery and security

In the course of this, information may be processed on servers outside Korea and Thailand (for example, in the United States).

If all or part of the Service (the business) is transferred to another operator, member information may be transferred with it so the Service can continue. Before any transfer, we will announce in the Service that it is happening, who will receive the information and how to contact them, and members who do not agree may delete their account before then.

5. Your rights

You can ask at any time to view, correct or delete your information. You can edit your profile yourself on My page, and delete your account from My page > Profile.
